I am still trying to figure this out. If I remember correctly, the electrician was no where to be found and I never got a straight story on this one. This was an inspection at a FedEx facility a few years ago.

They wanted to make sure the ground rod with accessible? Or, as far as I could drive it into the ground and didn't want to cut it for fear of violating code?
