Oven / Stove Plug NEC/IRC Violation(s)

Drywall is over cut, only allowed 1/8 inch, nec 314.21
Missing cover plate nec406.4 cover plate

Might be missing the range anti-tip devise, can't see the other foot of the range! (not electrical) but often not installed.
