    I'm trying to find the right routes to get a state inspector to make sure these guys dont screw me. However all I have found are engineers charging $650 for an assessment. Which I dont know if that will even help.

    I'm not sure fracking has anything to do with earthquakes. Or else the Midland TX area would be lit up like Vegas. I am south west of OKC we get high winds and tornado damage alot.

    Yes. I'm out of town all the time so I cant over see every day operations. So I hired a building contractor and have seen nothing but inexperienced labor so far.

    As far as I know they built the pad up 4'. Then poured footing Then set forms and plumbing then poured concrete.

    We have a contract that says they will do everything to code. We are out of city limits so there are no permits.
