    I figured it out. It must be time the elevator arrives, with signal to start time (Elevator door opens) to the time the door closes.

    Can someone explain the requirements of elevator door delay under CBC/ICC 1124A.7? What is the time being measured? Don't understand "car answering a call" ? Is the car away and you press the hall button? Is the "doors start to close" after it's arrived at your floor?

    Office Pods and IBC/CBC

    Is an office pod, or small telephone room, considered a habitable space and therefore subject to CBC/IBC section 1208.1 and cannot be less than 7 feet in any plan dimension or can it be smaller if not "habitable." How small can the pod space be?
