    I think the secret to success is to be VERY familiar with the book. I took the E-3 in December and I hardly looked at the TOC or index. I made myself very familiar with the layout of the book. You need to understand when the general requirements apply and when the special requirements apply...

    You are correct, the test is based on the 2009 Code. I think the computer based tests will be based on 2009 Codes through the first half of this year. BTW, it is an easy test, just pay attention to what the exam is really asking.

    The reference is correct. CBC 1104B.3.12 pertains to ticket booths. My reference was from the 2010 CBC. Thanks for the welcome!
