    Are alarm systems such as Simplisafe allowed by the fire code instead of a traditional monitored system? Simplisafe is monitored using wifi from the home. There is a monthly fee, but I just wanted to be sure it can be used. Simplisafe's directions just say it must be installed as per Chapter 2...

    Losing the CO means they have lost their ability to lawfully and safely occupy the structure. Post as an unsafe building because no CO has been issued. If they remove the placards or occupy without permission, issue citations.

    Code requires it. In PA, we have a Accessibility Review board. They can tell you you're ok, BCo's can not.

    New house-New codes, it will have an occupancy. IBC applies(museum)

    It would be a non-contributing building located within a local or nationally recognized historic district. New codes apply, except possible leniency on exterior. ADA can be challenged in Harrisburg. Owner can pay 100 bucks and ask for waivers there. Accessibility Review Board.

    We amended the IPMC and had to ask for copyright from ICC. We aren't allowed to print it, just allowed to host on our site. Cost 1500/year. They are crazy
