    Is annunciator panel required for a fire alarm system?

    I walked in the main entrance of two 15 years old high rise apartment buildings in Toronto, and it looked like I couldn't find the annunciator panel at the entrance, is annunciator panel required for a fire alarm system by Ontario Building Code?
