direct burial conductors

    SO/SJO Cable direct buried

    So the contractor piled rocks on top of this termination to make it look as though the conduit continued underground. When I find stuff like this it just makes me look harder with more detail at everything else. But, is this an actual violation?so

    Warning Ribbon 12" Above Service Conductors

    OK, I was recently schooled on this by a co-worker and realized that I had been enforcing something that I always saw as standard practice even though it is not actually required under NEC 300.5. Who enforces this when the service conductors are in conduit and are not direct burial conductors?
