    When Substantial Damage as defined comes into play, I understand that the building or structure shall be made to conform with the requirements of the current code. I can't seem to find where in the code I can source that though. Can anyone assist?

    Florida Building Code, is there a minimum sill height for a sliding glass door ?

    Insulated Metal Roof Panels for Residential New construction?

    Does anybody know or heard of somebody using thick 6, 8 maybe even 10" insulated metal roof panels for the roof of a new primary dwelling in Florida? I've heard R-Values and wind resistance can be adequate. Something like this: Thanks.
