2015 IRC errata removing photovoltaic pathways

Page 3 of this errata deletes sections R324.7 through R324.7.2.5 for Photovoltaic pathways, access, etc. These sections appeared in the 1st 2015 IRC printing and they are in the 2018 IRC. Can anyone shed some light why the errata deletes these sections? Were they relocated to another location or was the intent to remove these requirements?
