That is what is under this geotextile and crushed stone.

Had to get an engineer to spec a fix as they ran into some running water during excavation. Expensive house for the size due to the type construction.

Yes sir, exactly per the PE's stamped specifications. A few weeks ago we had significant rainfall over a several day period and nothing in the basement.
 
This looks like an extremely efficeint home for energy. What is the R-value of the floor assembly? Are those ICF around the perimeter? Where is a vapor barrier on this application, under the foam panels?
