ADASAD structurally impracticable

Did you know under the new 2010 ADASAD structurally impracticable has been "defined"...

"....full compliance will be considered structurally impracticable only in those rare circumstances when the unique characteristics of terrain prevent the incorporation of accessibility features...."

terrain not building thats what happens when everyone claims moving a wall is structurally impracticable
