Alteration ComCheck for only new windows and doors

Has anyone successfully generated a ComCheck for a project on which only new windows and doors are being added?

Typically we only document the new components for alterations like this, but the ComCheck software isn't giving us the typical inputs for area when using the alterations screen. We've tried building walls, exempting them, then adding windows and doors. We've also tried just adding windows and doors to the enveolope screen. Each result is that the "envelope fails" and it gives no percentage or indication as to why. Thoughts?

This is a 1999 Autozone store being re-purposed into a community center / office space. Indiana allows for any project built prior to January 1, 1978 to omit the ComCheck / Energy Code compiance altogether. But for buildings built after that date, new envelope elements must either be exempt per the 1997 ASHRAE 90.1 guide OR they must meet the energy code. We are't changing hte envelope except to add new windows and doors, and our products are modern, energy compliant products. But we cannot figure out how to accurately document them in the ComCheck software.

TIA.

Nevermind, we figured it out. Leaving this here in case it helps anyone else:

Alterations are based on individual components, so each NEW component is evaluated on a pass / fail basis. Our original test simply wasn't using compliant numbers!
