Ashrae Max / Min Interior Design Temperatures

Section 302 of the 2009 IECC lists a maximum heating temperature of 72 deg and a minimum cooling temperature of 75.

Does anyone know if there are max / min temperatures in 2007 Ashrae 90.1 or 183 for commercial buildings?
