Question, Has anyone reviewed or had discussions in regards to adding a TV in a bathroom? TV receptacle and TV will no not be installed within the tub area.

NEC will limit the placement/location of receptacles. Other than that, plug what you want into them.

I'd just make sure something with a cord doesn't end up with me in the tub. I'm sure that the GFCI will work, but not so willing to test and find out.

I've seen a few TV's in bathrooms in some of the high end homes I dealt with. Classic is spot on, there is no regulation of the device you insert into the compliant outlet.
