Bryan Holland has found (6) legislative bills that relate to the development / construction industry & have been approved by the Governor.

Please be advised that many of the above laws go into effect on JULY 1st. (HB973 goes into effect OCTOBER 1st)

Do I remember correctly there are other states that have previously banned the mandate of RFS?

If anyone could confirm and/or provide links, I would appreciate it.

so what does this mean?

For one-story or two-story structures that are less than 10,000

square feet, whose occupancy is defined in the Florida Building Code and the

Florida Fire Prevention Code as business or mercantile, a fire official shall

enforce the wall fire-rating provisions for occupancy separation as defined in

the Florida Building Code.
