We require a CPR sign at all new residential pools. This guy took it to heart.

CPR required at res. pools. Why would the AHJ that was in their right mind want to open themselves up to that liability? So someone that isn't trained in CPR can just look at a sign and "help" someone that may or not need help. Writing government regulation without education.
