Yes, based on compliance with Section 4.4.2 of the report, except that a vapor retarder is also required per Section 5.10 of the report (not a closed-cell product) in Climate Zones > 4 (IECC 402.5), so the vapor retarder would need to comply with IRC R316.1.

TJacobs: some interesting stuff. I can't wait to see what it does and how it works. I believe it will be installed in the next few weeks. Soon as they pass the frame, plumbing and Hvac installs. All have fail thus far!
