DOJ Issues Technical Assistance Regarding Accessible Entry and Exit for Swimming Pools and Spas

As the March 15, 2012 compliance date for the 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design approaches, the Department of Justice has issued three significant publications regarding entry and exit for swimming pools and spas.

The DOJ provided an overview and technical assistance document on January 31, 2012 regarding Accessible Entry and Exit for Swimming Pools.
