Fire Rated floor/ ceiling assembly

Does anyone have any experience with "jack arch" floor systems and how I might find a fire rafting this assembly ?

Depends what it's made from. Wood, tiles, rock, brick, concrete, steel, clay, straw bails, CEB (compressed earth block), blocks of ice, and how it's constructed.

it is comprised of steel beams with brick arches and concrete infill

If not in the UL book it will need testing.

I googled "brick arch floor construction" and found this:

It appears that the NYC tests were more stringent than E119 (pg. 133)

Another thought - find an engineer who is a member of the Association for Preservation Technology.
