I'm confused..........are you yanked off about the ramps in run down areas, or the lack of equipment for firefighters? Because you rag on both of them, firefighters supposed six figure pensions, and then the negligence of business's to meet ADA standards.......sounds like on this one you should pick a side......just sayin

Were the funds used for the curb cuts restricted funds?

As you know restricted funds cannot be diverted,

When were the curb cuts placed?

Could be mismanagement on the admin or on the fire department side.
