Group A-3 on 2nd floor

Yes but you will have to sprinkle the entire building or create a 2 hour horizontal fire barrier which includes supporting construction of the horizontal assembly

[F] 903.2.1.3 Group A-3.
An automatic sprinkler system shall be provided for Group A-3 occupancies where one of the following conditions exists:

1. The fire area exceeds 12,000 square feet (1115 m2);

2. The fire area has an occupant load of 300 or more; or

3. The fire area is located on a floor other than a level of exit discharge serving such occupancies.

Thank you for your response.
To clarify:
-The building is sprinklered
-The Group A-3 is an Accessory to B Assembly occupancy on second floor with less than 300 occupants.

Is a dedicated exit to the exterior required or is it acceptable to share the other exit stairways on the floor? (per IBC/CBC)

Welcome

Grew up in SD

I am gone now

To crowded but nice get back there every so often

Stairs can always be shared with all floors unless there is some very limited exception that I have never come across....But it may have to DISCHARGE to the exterior if that is the question...I assume we are talking about enclosed stairs?
