Overall it doesn't look that look out of compliance. It's missing a sidebar and possibly too close to the wall but other than that it looks like it's in compliance. What are you seeing?

I am seeing that it is not in compliance due to the missing side bar. I did not measure it as I was just waiting for my food.
I usually wait closer to the register.

By seeing how far out of level the back bar used to be, I am guessing there are a lot more issues there....

Here in LaLa land we have men's and women's restrooms but the designation is meaningless in that anyone can identify as either or even "undecided".
I've seen a few of the undecided ... and true enough, I couldn't tell for sure.
