When said barn moves, what happens to the electrical service to that barn, does it move with the barn or does it become severed and become a electrical hazard?

That was my thinking, but I cant find any code to confirm that

Happens with mobile homes everyday. A shed or mini barn would be no different

I would think that the NEC will have something on securing cable or conduits, might try looking there.
