Is there anything in any code that says one can not provide electrical power to a building that is not on a permanent foundation such as a mini barn?

That was my thinking, but I cant find any code to confirm thatWhen said barn moves, what happens to the electrical service to that barn, does it move with the barn or does it become severed and become a electrical hazard?
All of the pertinent portions of the NEC apply....and that's a lot.I would think that the NEC will have something on securing cable or conduits, might try looking there.
