Ever see the movie The Super starring Joe Pesci? Under court order, his character is sentenced to live in the apartment building he runs, and he is not allowed to fix his apartment until he fixes all the other apartments first.
 
Roof leak? Water/drywall/insulation falling on tenants' heads? This is how you fix that!!
