Looks like it goes to an elevator machine room on a rooftop. Cables were added much later when they got a contract with Verizon to put cell phone antennas on the building.

Wet locations where the raceway/ box have to be spaced? Listing of products? This would be alot easier if I could cut and paste NFPA or if I could afford more than 2 NFPA 70's for 4 people....
