Name that residential code 13 April 2019

That is not treated lumber that is in contact with cementious materials. Seen it many times, hated to have to call it, especially when they do a nice job like that. Here in Colorado it may never be an issue, but in the south????
 
Jar you are correct no parenthesis but you quoted the wood columns section

I refer to it as R317.1 item 4
