There is no SE cable, just LFNC & ENT connected to the original PVC

Sorry, I thought the grey item coming out of the wall on the bottom right of the photo, entering the hole about 8"-12" up from the closest edge of the hole in the concrete, and proceeding diagonally across the photo until it goes underground was an SE cable.
