Non compliant maintenance work

Here are a few items performed by my landlord in our office building. I tried to explain but I might as well talk to the concrete floor between my office and the 4th floor above me.

We expanded our office into the next room so he added a door:

Then, one of the handles broke on the public lav in the hallway so he replaced them with these:

Ask me if they pulled a permit to reconfigure space for my office and add receptacles............

Thank goodness I have nothing to do with the city my office is in.
