Does anyone have an idea what the code is requiring in 406.4.3 when they mention "pedestrian facilities"? If I wanted to use the parking garage ramps as a means of required egress, what facilities must I provide?

Provide correct slope for exit ramps, or provide other approved exit way that meets code?

2019 CBC 406.4.3 Ramps
Vehicle ramps shall not be considered as required exits unless pedestrian facilities are provided.
Vehicle ramps that are utilized for vertical circulation as well as for parking shall not exceed a slope of 1:15 (6.67 percent).

it is pretty self explanatory, if you are using the ramp for pedestrian traffic, the slope is limited.

So you get a break on the 1:20 sloped floor and the ramp handrails...? Never did a garage....
you normally place the accessible stalls adjacent to the elevators or on the first floor. you do not use the vehicle ramps for accessibility.
