Attached in our permit software...They get an email...When you are reviewing a set of drawings and documents, how do you relay the comments and information to the applicant? Email? PDF report? Something else?
Blame the metric system...That is what I do....Looks like we need to move into the 21st century.....
We operate the same. Paper applications and email communications after that. However, this is subject to change.We don't use any software for plan review except for basic Microsoft stuff and don't accept plans on an email or any other way electronically.
Permitting software generates, and email, and the letter is available in the applicant's online account in the permitting portal.
