I have a maintenance garage building with two small offices in it and one toilet room. Would these few small spaces be considered accessory uses? Business Occupancy? No fire rated separation required? No sprinklers have been provided so I want to make sure the occupants in these spaces are safe from a fire separation standpoint as they sit in a large Moderate Hazard Storage Group S-1 garage space.
