If I have two adjacent buildings, one Group E wanting to occupy the space, The adjacent group B that don't necessarily share a wall but seem to be inches apart, would these walls have to be rated even if they do not touch? It is an intended change of use which was a B next to a B beforehand.

Rated wall between adjacent buildings?

Zero lot line? It would seem that the two separated buildings (walls) would need to have been rated due to the proximity to the (apparent) property line.
