Sip and Paint occupancy classification

A 2200 sf space for “ Sip and Paint”. What is the appropriate occupancy classification?

Group B occupancy or group A-3 ? I am not sure it is an A-2 because I believe the primary function is “ painting “ not Drinking ;)
 
I would go with a "B" occupancy we have a few around here. Usually 20 to 25 max OL and the participants bring their own wine or whatever
