Site lines for restaurant menu

Has anyone ever heard of accessibility requirements for a restaurant menu that is posted on a wall? This is in California, but I'm not not finding anything in the CBC that would address site lines specific to a restaurant for viewing the menu. Can someone help me?

I'm guessing since no one has responded that no one has ever heard of this requirement. Must be a local AHJ issue.

Not a CBC user, but I have never heard or read of anything in the IBC.
