we have had people parking in the cross hatch, this may help

Though, recently been to Minot, they do not sign the locations of these spaces. And they do not remove snow very well. How where things are?
I don't think this is paint.
As for parking issue, instead of geting the police involved with these, just have it be a small claims court issue with a stipulated amount to that person affected.
