SmartGov by Brightly Permitting Software Problem

This is what we do in the back office. We only approve the drawings we need to and that are approved. Other drawings not specific to the discipline reviewed are simply marked NA. The problem is that on the permit holder's side of things on the public portal, what we mark as NA shows up as Approved. I have been bugging them for over a year to correct this and have not heard back on this. I am not sure they are even taking this seriously. What are your thoughts on this?

Send a written response to the "powers that be", that you can no longer use
the software, as of _________________, because there is an error in the program.
Keep a copy for your records, and stop using the software.
