Pizza Hut with no seating, "Take-out" or "To-go" service only. This is classified as B, since there is no assembling to consume food or beverage, correct?

Thanks.

Mech,

Is this "take out / to go" service associated with a regular Dine-In restaraunt ( ie. - is the

"take out / to go" another service of their regular restaurant ), or totally separate type

operation?

If totally separate, then yes, ..."B".

.

I agree "B", but are you guys arriving at "B" because an "A" with OL<50 is classified as "B", or because the use is a service-type transaction?

I think on a previous thread somebody suggested that take-out food places (especially pizza or donuts) should be H-4!

Or in the case of Mexican food, H-1 (poses a detonation hazard).
