I would like to know if someone knows this information and/or where to find it, I need to evaluate a house project on a new lot.
Thanks in advance for taking the time to read my post

You should look at real estate prices for the type of project you are considering. Won't give you actual cost to build but should give you an idea when figuring profit. Lot prices are also included so take those out too. I used to live in that area but not that NW metro area so no idea what costs are. Go a little south (Brentwood, Franklin area) and prices will be very high for the area.
