Unusual things seen at an Inspection

It has speed tabs, but the spine doesn't look like it has even been cracked yet.

Who's rig is this? A contractor's (not very likely)? A fellow inspectors (or your own)?
 
The EC in the truck, gives you a warm and fuzzy feeling before you go do that inspection, doesn't it?
