Venting a Commercial Sink

There is another sink that is a mirror image of this one upstream to the right. In addition to having the wrong mechanical vent, what else do you see?

Water line is “supported” with cable ties.
Am i seeing radiator clamps holding the pvc pipe to a T? (At the conduit bend)
