Wood Stove - Hearth R1 Value

So I can't seem to find anything with in the IRC that requires a Hearth to be under a wood stove, other than weblinks noting that the Feds now require that under the stove needs a R1 value.

Some of the cast iron stoves detail out more protection, but a bunch of the new units just note R1 Value.

So, if you had a cabin with wood floor joist, 7/8" Advantech sub-floor, wire and mud base with wood look 8"x48" porcelain tile over the top with tight seems and grout. Would you consider this an R1 value, or what additional would you be looking for to meet the R1 value?

Thank you in advance. Tom

I do not know if the R-1 is a code requirement or a manufactures installation/listing requirement but check out the link as it seems a R-1 value is pretty easy to meet
