    So Who has started Christmas Shopping?

    I'm finished!! the wife hasn't finished for everybody else though! My wife will be VERY happy with my gift to her. I purchased a remote start fr her car and had it installed. I put the remotes in a box and she will open it on Christmas Day.

    Argumentative is okay.. I'm not offended. Besides it's a dicussion. We don't actually issue a CO... I guess I wasn't really thinking. We just give a building final and when the space is finished with whomever whatever we will then issue a CO for that.

    Haven't really called them anything that I can recall.... However we issue a CO for the building and then each lease space will require a tennant finish out and that will include a CO for that tennant.

    Dang.. and I feel really good about my 4 or 5..... don't really remember..... How does that actually work? I have the UBC certification and that was when residential and commercial were in the same code. So am I a certified ICC Residential Building Inspector or does the UBC Cert get thrown out...
