    a window above second storey

    This is from Ontario Building Code division B. Is "above second storey" meant to be including windows on the second floor or only windows from third floor and above?

    In Ontario building code, there is numerous locations where "there is no floor assembly above" and "the floor assembly below the floor area / the story" are used. Now assume a five story building with no rooftop enclosures, no basement, could you please explain in which floor ""there is no floor...
