    What is missing? Service Disconnect

    Yes the bond screw is in place to bond the grounded conductor (neutral) to the enclosure but something is missing. The line-side service conductors enter the bottom through EMT and connect to the top of the built in breaker. The feeders to the interior panelboard of this apartment come off the...
