    test required for materials permitted to be used in noncombustible construction

    This is from Ontario Building Code, Division B, 3.1.5.1.(2) Are the following "combustible subfloor" and "combustible finished flooring" required to pass the test mentioned above in 3.1.5.1.(2)?

    Does the "a material" in the following screenshot refer to any material which is combustible or non-combustible?
