    secondary suite in Ontario: exterior landing

    Does a secondary suite need a minimum exterior landing size? The exterior door is only a couple of inches above grade. I have read that a 3' x 3' landing is required, but have also read there are exceptions (?). I only have 29" to neighbour's property. In relation, is the 29" along the side...
