Can a 1-hour wall but into a curtainwall mullion?

What kind of one hour wall? Fire barrier or fire partition. Shaft enclosure, stair enclosure, corridor wall? Which code? More information is needed.

1-hour fire partition separating a storage room over 100 SF from another space and we use 2006 IBC.

That type of wall should be able to end at the mullion of an exterior wall. I am curious, why are you rating the storage room? Is this a hospital or nursing home?

I would have to say it's okay, assuming unprotected openings are allowed.
