11'-4" high wood frame walls

I have a project on a residential site, with an accessory single-story building having 11’-4” high walls, 2x6 wood studding set 16” o.c. IRC 2018 R301.3 Story height 1. States for wood framing, the story height shall not exceed 11’-7” but it refers to Table 602.3(5) Size, Height, and Spacing of wood studs only list “laterally unsported stud height of 10 feet.

Does this mean I need to have an engineer design the wall?

Some additional Information: These walls will be sheathed with 3/4"OSB on the outside, no interior sheathing, also fire blocking will be installed at a midpoint in the wall.

The 2018 IRC allows walls up to 12' and story height up to 13'-7" in certain situations. See R602.3.1 and Table R602.3(6).
