120/240 3 phase metering

Looks like the blue and black legs are crossed??

The red should be orange.

Also most 3 phase 240/120 delta meters require the high leg to be installed on the far right terminal in the meter.

This note was left by the POCO after they found it this way. We did not inspect it, another company did. We did the follow up inspection after the corrections were made.
